Wage: Upto $35/hr (Based on Experience)​
Timing: 8 am to 5 pm 

Job Description 

∙Perform repairs and preventive maintenance services. 
∙Perform inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment. 
∙Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate and assign repairs. 
∙Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs. 
∙Perform service calls for emergency breakdowns. 
∙Conduct safety checks on all vehicles and equipment. 
∙Complete required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage and accounting for repair times. 
∙Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with corporate / OHSA standards 
∙Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures 
∙Working alongside apprentices to provide them with assistance and guidance 
∙Other duties as assigned 

Requirements 
∙3-5 Years of experience servicing trailers, or related mechanical/electrical experience is preferred 
∙Commercial vehicle inspection license preferred. 
∙Must have a clean drivers abstract. 
∙Use of required personal protective equipment 
∙Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment 
∙Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions 
∙Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 50 kilograms
