Warehouse Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to perform heavy lifting as well as operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsible For

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Must be able to check the orders and take printouts quickly and pick accurately.
• Check that the shipping label is printed accurately.
• Perform other Warehouse work and elemental activities
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow basic directions.
• Adhering to all operations policies and procedures.

Specific Skills

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
