Sales Manager

Overview

We are a now hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our client who is has a well-established Signs store brand with multiple locations in Toronto and GTA, specializing in high-quality custom signs for businesses of all sizes. We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to help our client to continue to grow and lead their sales teams to success.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations across all of the signs store locations. You will work closely with both the sales team and upper management to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize sales strategies, and maintain consistent business development. 

Responsible For

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and pricing to increase revenue across multiple locations.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and report to upper management.
  • Collaboration: Work with the operations and design teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Training: Provide ongoing training and professional development for the sales team to ensure high performance and product knowledge.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel between locations and meet with clients as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate sign solutions, and ensuring timely deliveries

Specific Skills

Technical Skills:  
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, in the signage industry. 
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations and client meetings. 

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree:
  • Business Administration
