Location: Brampton,ON 
Job type: Full-time Permanent 
Wage: $24/hr to $29/hr (Based on experience) 
Timing: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm 
Days: Monday to Friday 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Oversee and coordinate large format print and signage projects from start to finish. 
2. Work closely with the Production Area to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders. 
3. Ensuring that the production process is cost effective with minimal wastage.
4. Overseeing the production process – monitoring performance and driving improvements in production processes 
5. Maintain a good working relationship with vendors to obtain quotes and follow up on orders in process. 
6. Coordinate and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations. 
7. Obtain referrals; determine contact name and phone number, and provide follow up with that referral. 
8. Manage material stock levels and as required ordering new materials from suppliers 
9. Support Owner as needed with reports, close outs, invoices, and daily, weekly and monthly paperwork. 
10. Oversee that the store appearance is maintained at all time. 
11. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed 
12. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers. 
13. Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 
14. Follow up on existing clients and create a need to generate more business. 

Skills Required: 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production, project management, and client relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 
Must have minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Production Manager in the Signage industry. 
Customer management skills. 
Strong organizational skills. 
Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and social media knowledge is a plus.
