Job type: Full-time Permanent
Wage: $24/hr to $29/hr (Based on experience)
Timing: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate large format print and signage projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with the Production Area to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders.
- Ensuring that the production process is cost effective with minimal wastage.
- Overseeing the production process – monitoring performance and driving improvements in production processes
- Maintain a good working relationship with vendors to obtain quotes and follow up on orders in process.
- Coordinate and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
- Obtain referrals; determine contact name and phone number, and provide follow up with that referral.
- Manage material stock levels and as required ordering new materials from suppliers
- Support Owner as needed with reports, close outs, invoices, and daily, weekly and monthly paperwork.
- Oversee that the store appearance is maintained at all time.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Follow up on existing clients and create a need to generate more business.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production, project management, and client relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Must have minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Production Manager in the Signage industry.
Customer management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and social media knowledge is a plus.
